Food relief agencies we work with are asked to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with us which states each party’s best endeavours regarding the storage and distribution of the food. It is expected that no ‘rescued’ food is on-sold or used for commercial purposes. We all endeavour to manage the food safely and hygienically.
